‘The Armageddon Code’: Is the Fulfillment of Prophecy of the Second Coming Imminent?
With the threat of war in the Middle East and the rise of ISIS raging terror throughout the world, there seems to be a sense among many that something big is about to happen. Syria, Iraq, and Iran continue to be a hotbed of activity. Is it possible that these events are a setup for the prophecies spoken about in the Bible that we refer to as the “Second Coming?”
You may have grown up learning that the “church” would be raptured before the Second Coming.
But the question is… “What is the truth?”
Things have become more confused, especially when theologians and pastors talk about events such as the Great Tribulation, the Millennium, the Antichrist, the mark of the Beast and the rapture itself—whether or not it is going to happen before or after the tribulation, or perhaps midway through. Who do we believe? Ask five different Christians, and you will probably get five different answers!
I want to introduce you to a man who wrote a book with all the answers!
His name is Billy Hallowell and he is the faith and religion editor for “The Blaze.” He has worked as a journalist and commentator for more than a decade. Just this last summer, he published a fantastic book titled:
The Armageddon Code
This is not just another book discussing end-time doctrine, but a detailed exploration of “End Times” theology. It is Hallowell’s thorough reporting as a result of interviews with well known Bible teachers and scholars relating to Bible prophecies in the book of Revelation, Daniel, Isaiah and Ezekiel.
As you know, the word “Rapture” is not in the Bible. He discusses the “Rapture” and answers the question of … “is it even biblical?” Billy explores the Tribulation and why there are views of the “pre, post and mid-trib” and the Millennium.
To answer these questions, Hallowell did his homework! He interviewed many prominent evangelical writers, including the “Bible Answer Man” Hank Hanegraaff, messianic rabbi Michael Brown, Calvinist preacher – John Piper, evangelical novelist Tim LaHaye (of the bestselling “Left Behind” series), “amillennialist” Sam Storms, bestselling author John Hagee, Greg Laurie and novelist Joel C. Rosenberg.
One chapter of the book deals with questions surrounding the Antichrist. You will learn exactly who is he and what will his personality be like. Where will he come from and will he arrive on the scene?
Hallowell explores Israel’s role, along with more in depth discussion of past church history as it relates to Revelation.
With the world in turmoil, interest in the end times is at an all-time high. You have to ask yourself, “Why are there so many different viewpoints among Christians and which one is right?”
With questions like these, it’s no wonder that the subject of the end times creates confusion, doubt and anxiety for many people today.
You will find this book not only fascinating, but will understand and be able to compare the most common end-times theories. You will become confident in what you believe and know how to prepare.
